editing to add: So I made the fried corn, not on Monday but for Thanksgiving. It went over very well but I think it was a little too rich even for a special occasion. The recipe calls for 4 tablespoons of butter & 3 tablespoons of sweetener. I only used 2 tablespoons of sweetener but the full amount of butter. Nothing seemed off with the missing sweetener but I plan to reduce the butter by 1 tablespoon as well in the future.

  1. The fried corn sounds pretty interesting! Have a great Thanksgiving.

  2. I wound up making it on Thanksgiving, it went over very well.
I used 1 less teaspoon of sugar than the recipe called for & next time I make it I plan to reduce the butter by a tablespoon; it was just a little too rich tasting.
