This is what I made last week since my menu planning has fell by the wayside. I am only planning a few days in advance lately.
Monday - strip steak, potato salad, peas, green beans
Tuesday - chicken breasts, sweet potatoes, mixed veggies
Wednesday - barbeque pork chops, broccoli, cauliflower, cheddar mashed potatoes
Thursday - spaghetti with meat sauce, brownies
Friday - we were running errands & ended up getting home like 2 hours later than planned so we had hot dogs, baked beans & macaroni & cheese for dinner. Hubby was thrilled, I wasn't.
Saturday - roasted whole chicken, stuffing, butternut squash
