I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - honey mustard baked chicken & potatoes, peas & carrots
Monday - Teriyaki london broil, rice, broccoli
Tuesday -bbq spare ribs, mixed vegetables, sour cream & chive mashed potatoes
Wednesday - taco salad, tropical fruit mix (canned)
Thursday - turkey breast, stuffing, butternut squash, cranberry sauce (canned)
Friday - pork chops, pierogies with sauteed onions, green beans(? I forgot the veggie already)
Saturday - pizza
This week I also baked an apple pie.
