I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - I had to work but I made a meatloaf before I left, I hope hubby ate some veggies with it!
Monday - Pot roast with garlic mashed potatoes
Tuesday - chicken cutlets, rice, mixed veggies
Wednesday - I worked so hubby made Hamburger Helper from the box & said it was way too salty (yay! another crappy food he's outgrown)
Thursday - worked again, hubby had ham steaks & I don't know what else
Friday - London broil with gravy, mashed potatoes & mixed veggies
Saturday - pizza
no baking this week :-(
