I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - baked ziti
Monday - roast chicken, stuffing , green beans
Tuesday - pulled pork, potato salad, peas
Wednesday - steak, mashd potatoes, corn
Thursday - leftovers (I worked)
Friday - hubby wanted hot dogs & beans
Saturday - leftovers (I worked)
Baked carrot cake cupcakes for little mans birthday :-)
