I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - pork chops, sweet potatoes, stuffing
Monday - paprika chicken, rice, beans
Tuesday - pot roast
Wednesday - I got home late from work so I made taco salad really quick
Thursday - sausage & I forgot what we ate with it
Friday - pizza while we were out
Saturday - I can't remember
Baked a crumb cake
