I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - I forgot
Monday - chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans
Tuesday - barbequed spare rbs, coleslaw, french fries
Wednesday - london broil, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegs
(hubby wasn't supposed to be home & I was going to make creamed spinach & baked potatoes but he doesn't like them so that's why I did mashed again)
Thursday - hubby wasn't home so I had peanut butter & jelly
Friday - chicken cutlets, broccoli, rice
Saturday - pizza
