I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - spare ribs, corn fritters, coleslaw, sweet potato fries
Monday - hamburgers, sauteed mushrooms, potato salad, onion rings
Tuesday - I forgot
Wednesday - hubby wasn't home so I had waffles & sausage :-O
Thursday - oven 'fried' chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn on the cob
Friday - steak, yellow rice, mixed vegetables
Saturday - pizza
