Menu plan Monday for the week of May 2nd

I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - ham, scalloped potatoes, broccoli & cauliflower
Monday - chicken, rice, peas
Tuesday - penne ala vodka & meatballs
Wednesday - london broil, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach
Thursday - pork chops, stuffing, peas & carrots
Friday -  chicken, potato salad, green beans
Saturday - I worked, think hubby had leftover chicken
Made blueberry muffins this week too
