I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday -chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, grean beans
Monday - teriyaki London broil, rice, broccoli
Tuesday - roast beef & I forgot what else
Wednesday -I don't remember these 2 either
Thursday - I don't remember these 2 either
Friday - we had company & went out for dinner
Saturday - kielbasa, baked beans, macaroni & cheese
