I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - tacos, rice, beans
Monday - London Broil, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob
Tuesday - pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, sweet potato fries
Wednesday - chicken, stuffing, peas
Thursday - grilled pork chops, rice, beans, 3 bean salad
Friday - sloppy joes, onion rings, peas & carrots
Saturday - pizza
Also this week I baked banana bread & chocolate chip cookies.
