I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - spaghetti
Monday - creamy chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli & cauliflower
Tuesday - lamb burgers, potato salad, green beans
Wednesday - ziti
Thursday - I got homne late so I made ham & eggs, hash browns & English muffins
Friday - pork chops & I forgot what I made with it
Saturday - I worked so hubby probably picked up pizza
This week I baked oatmeal cookies.
