I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - barbequed spare ribs, corn on the cob, coleslaw
Monday - lasagna
Tuesday - london broil, potatosalad, peas
Wednesday - Hubby was out/late so I had leftover london broil
Thursday - pork loin,sweet potato fries, mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
Friday - sloppy joes, onion rings, peas & carrots
Saturday - chicken, stuffing, peas
This week I also made banana bread
