I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - London broil, rice, broccoli
Monday - pot roast, twice baked potatoes, green beans?
Tuesday - we had an appointment that ran late so we had Taco Bell
Wednesday - hubby was out late so I had left over london broil
Thursday - Pork chops, mashed potatoes, peas?
Friday - garlic chicken, farfelle (bow tie macaroni) & broccoli with a creamy garlic sauce
Saturday - I got home late, don' know what hubby ate
