Menu plan Monday for the week of October 3rd

I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - barbequed pork, butternut squash, asparagus
Monday - chicken breasts in mushroom sauce, rice & green beans
Tuesday - ham & hubby
Wednesday -  steak, sauteed mushrooms, onions, & peppers, mashed potatoes & gravy, corn
Thursday - baked ziti, sausage, Texas toast
Friday - due to Thursdays storm we had no power when I left for work so I didn't take anything out; we ate leftovers
Saturday - pizza, & I actually enjoyed it :-)

This week I also made apple spice bread & a pecan pie...I cheated with that one, it was from Krusteaz.
