What we ate last week:
Sunday - meatloaf
Monday - chicken cutlets, fettuccine alfredo & peas
Tuesday - roast beef, cheesy mashed potatoes & corn
Wednesday - chicken breast, pierogies & broccoli
Thursday - corned bef, sweet potato fries, coleslaw
Friday - we ate out
Saturday - taco salad, rice & beans

This week I made fudge & a coffee cake.
