I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - lamb patties
Monday - chicken
Tuesday - steak, rice, broccoli, cauliflower
Wednesday - hubby wasn't home so I had peanut butter & jelly
Saturday - we were out so no cooking
I didn't write everythig down so some stuff I don't remember.
