Menu plan Monday for the week of July 11th

I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - spaghetti
Monday - pork roast
Tuesday - chicken enchiladas
Wednesday - london broil
Thursday - pork chops, stuffing, peas & carrots
Friday -  bbq chicken
Saturday - brought pizza home for hubby & chicken franchaise for me!

I don't remember my sides or anything :-(  & no baking, too hot!

    It's definitely too hot to cook. I'm doing easy meals and some stuff from the freezer. I'm ready for September :p

    ugh, I am not a warm weather person. It doesn't help that we have been 10- 15 degrees above average temperatures either.
