I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - taco salad, rice & beans
Monday - ham, macaroni & cheese
Tuesday - london broil, corn on the cob
Wednesday - chicken cutlets, green beans
Thursday - I forgot
Friday - I forgot
Saturday - pizza
