I make a large salad once or twice a week & leave it plain in the fridge so it's always ready to eat. What we ate last week:
Sunday - spaghetti with meat sauce & sausage
Monday - pork chops, scalloped potatoes, peas
Tuesday - lamb patties with gravy, mashd potatoes
Wednesday - pineapple chicken, rice, broccoli
Thursday - taco salad, rice, beans
Friday - fried chicken, mshed potatoes, gravy, corn on the cob
Saturday - hubby had pizza, I made waffles & bacon
